The very beginning of Assisi is from 1971 at Nandambakkam. The Assisi Matriculation Hr. Sec. School was founded in Ramapuram in 1993 to provide education for the children of Ramapuram and its surroundings without screening. This school is managed by the Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph, FSJ Generalate, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai – 600 016. Rev. Sr. Prudentia is the Correspondent and Rev. Sr. Ronickam, M.Sc., M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil., is the Principal. We are having a team of well experienced and fully qualified teaching faculty.
